Dear GT Baseball Family,

It would be an understatement to say the last two-and-a-half years have been a roller coaster for the whole Georgia Tech Baseball community. From riding the momentum of a 43-win season and No. 3 National Seed in the NCAA Tournament in 2019 to shutting down our season in 2020 and navigating the Covid-19 pandemic to then regaining momentum, opening Phase II stadium renovations and capturing our second-straight ACC Coastal Division Championship – it’s been crazy!

Donors to the Grand Slam Club played an integral role in making last year growth possible, and your continued support will help us build on that success. The GT Baseball Grand Slam Club has set an annual fundraising goal of *$150,000 through June 30, 2022, to enhance our annual current operations and to maintain a championship caliber program. Some examples of how these funds could be used in this giving year are:

• Upgraded technology: Modern and innovative technologies that provide instant analytic feedback to improve player performance and physical conditioning and prevent injury
• Ability to Charter: The ability to charter air travel for select trips will lessen the number of classes that are missed when needed to fly commercially.
• Enhanced Nutrition and Education Expenses: In addition to standard meal plans, the NCAA now allows more flexibility for frequent supplemental meals than in the past plus new provisions for educational expenses.

Reaching our goal will ensure our ability to deliver a championship-caliber experience to all of our student-athletes. Your support will earn benefits unique to GT Baseball, and will provide the resources necessary to develop young men who compete at their highest potential during their time at Tech.
